All of our products are individually hand crafted works of art and as such every piece that you order is unique and may well differ slightly from the picture. Dimensions & weights are indicated as approximates only. The textiles are hand painted using organic dyes and therefore each piece may have variations in both colour and/or design of those shown on the website.

The resulting uniqueness of your product is your guarantee that you have bought an original African product.

Payment Methods

• Via credit card through PayPal (Europe) Ltd. This is the easiest and quickest method of payment. All credit card payments are processed through a secure server and therefore you can be assured your credit card details are secure and will never be used by someone else.
• Off-Line payments can be made directly to our bank account in France. This is a slower method of payment as the funds will have to be received in our bank account before the products are despatched. Should you wish to pay by this method please e-mail us your order using the ‘order form’, and we will provide you with the relevant banking information.

Policy Statements

• Any information obtained by us about you as a customer of afrocentrique.com will be used only for the purpose of your order and will not be used for any other purpose by us or a third party without prior consent of yourself.
• As all credit card transactions are processed by PayPal (Europe) Ltd your credit card information will never be known by us. We will be informed by PayPal (Europe) Ltd when your payment transaction is complete and then we can process your order.

Refund Policy

• Should your order arrive and it is damaged please e-mail us directly.
• You may request for a replacement order but we will need to have the original parcel sent back to us at your expense for us to assess the damage.
• Every effort will be made to get the parcel to you without damage and should a replacement be required we will try to do so as quickly as possible.

Customs and Duties

• afrocentrique.com is responsible for all local tariffs and export duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import duties and tariffs of their own country.
